Being a Leader in the Forest Service
This dynamic course is designed to assist those who are in mid-level leadership positions within land management agencies or those who wish to improve their overall leadership skills. The only real pre-requisite for this course is a strong desire to learn of the complexities and basic principles of leadership.
Advanced Seminar
The fundamental goal of this three and a half day seminar is to introduce the students more formally to the concept of strategic visioning, with the intent of creating a bridge between our "Being a Leader in the Forest Service" course, and the Senior Leader Program.
